Rule Amendment - Number of Exam Attempts
05/14/2025The Supreme Court has modified the Rules Governing Admission to the Practice of Law.
The rule amendments put in place a limit on the number of times an applicant may take the exam. The limit will not start until July 2025 and is not retroactive. Applicant's will be able to take the exam five time. There is a provision for an applicant to request a one-time waiver if they have failed to pass after five attempts.

October 15 - Deadline for Law Student Registration (2Ls)
November 1 - Final Deadline to apply for February 2026, with second late fee
November 26 - Deadline to request ADA Accommodations for the February 2026 Exam
December 15 - Deadline for all Repeat Exam Applications for February 2026
February 1, 2026 - First Deadline to apply for the July 2026 Exam
*Applications received on Monday February 2, 2026, will be considered timely since Feb. 1 is a Sunday
February 2026 Bar Exam - Tuesday, February 24, and Wednesday, February 25, 2026

UBE Score Modified to 260
12/16/2024The Oklahoma Supreme Court, pursuant to its general administrative authority, Okla. Const. art. VII, § 6, and pursuant to its sole authority to regulate the admission to the practice of law in Oklahoma, hereby orders that the minimum passing score in Oklahoma for the Uniform Bar Examination shall be 260, effective July 1, 2024.
